Launch You has allowed me to build a business and lifestyle that I love, around the things that matter most to me.
The Beginning
I'm really grateful for all the colourful work experiences I've had, and for the people I've had the privilege of working with as a guitar teacher, play therapist, and carer. And at the same time, I've experienced a lot of unease and anxiety in various aspects of my job roles. Despite trying forms of therapy and self-help along my journey (which supported me greatly in other ways), these feelings about working life persisted.
I also got to a point where it was no longer financially sustainable to rely solely on this kind of work for income. Caring roles are rewarding but also tiring and, unfortunately, poorly compensated for the time and effort involved. When I look back, I think that for a long time I hoped that my financial situation would somehow improve if I just kept going and tried my hardest. But instead, I gradually felt more and more worn-out, and more and more financially stuck.
I knew from my Googling that there were many ways to make money online, and I had a dream of being able to do this in a flexibly creative and meaningful way, having more time freedom, and earning plenty of money to treat my loved ones. For months I scoured the internet in my spare time, researching the possibilities of Etsy stores, Amazon KDP, print-on-demand, drop shipping, affiliate marketing... so many YouTube videos! I was fascinated, but none of the 'how to' information I found seemed complete. Without a solid framework to follow, I knew that I would be relying a lot on luck to make any online venture financially viable.
The Change
I was then fortunate enough to stumble upon an advert for Launch You, in which Stuart Ross (its co-founder) was outlining his experience of all of these areas and how to create success with online income streams through the use of authority marketing. In all my searching and wondering, the marketing side of things had been a total blindspot and something that I always thought wasn't for me. But Stuart's reassurance that good marketing comes from a place of care and authenticity (with no need to 'sell yourself') put my mind at ease, and I have since been pleasantly surprised by the creativity and devotion that goes into the marketing process!
I was SO excited to finally find a truly comprehensive and holistic training platform that provided the keys to making income online successfully, and I knew after watching one of Stuart's free training videos that I was in the right place for me.
The Epiphanies
It was only after starting with Launch You that I realised I wasn't alone in my feelings about work, and that many people don't feel suited to traditional working life for a variety of reasons. It became clear that the answer to resolving these feelings lay not in trying to change myself, but in changing the way I approached making income! It was a valuable insight for me that all along I'd been trying to 'fix' myself, when actually it was my external circumstances that needed fixing to support my wellbeing and finances.
Launch You's mentoring began to open my eyes to a world where I can build a lucrative business that genuinely aligns with ALL of my unique needs, values, and creative interests - fostering harmony in my life instead of struggling against myself. I realised that I needed fulfilment in all three of these areas to be happy and at ease, and that it was possible to achieve this by constructing a working life of my own design.

These insights alone have changed my life. I founded Sopharmony with the intent for this message to reach whoever needs to hear it - you CAN be happy and prosperous in the world of work, and you can start creating your own business and lifestyle that suits your unique self, right now, with the support of Launch You!

MY WHY
I like to imagine a time where every person makes a living doing something they truly love. I believe that experiencing harmony in this way creates mutual happiness and prosperity for ourselves, others, and the planet, making the world a better place and inspiring younger generations.
